中国食品工业协会食品物流专业委员会（以下简称为“专委会”）是在国家民政部登记注册、由中国食品工业协会直接领导的非营利性社会团体。成立于2005年1月24日，专委会及其秘书处地址设在北京市。
    专委会的宗旨是为中国食品物流行业服务，促进我国食品企业与物流企业之间及与之相关的专业机构、专家学者间的交流与合作，沟通信息、协调关系，推动食品物流业的网络化、现代化、高效化发展；在企业和政府间发挥桥梁与纽带作用，加强行业管理，维护企业的合法权益，提高食品物流业的管理水平、人员素质、经济效益和社会效益，促进我国现代食品物流业的健康发展。
    专委会是中国食品工业协会的分支机构，遵守中国食品工业协会章程，接受中国食品工业协会监督与领导，接受业务主管单位、社团登记管理机关的业务指导和监督管理。

    专委会的职能和任务是：
    （一） 结合中国食品物流业现状，组织会员单位进行现代化食品物流的理论、发展战略、发展规划、食品物流标准、食品物流企业管理等方面的研究，对行业内的重大问题和普遍性问题开展调研工作，就改革、发展、产业政策、组织结构和技术标准等问题为食品物流企业提出意见和建议；
    （二）发展食品物流行业同各地区、各部门之间的经济联合；疏通、协调食品物流行业与相关部门、相关行业之间的关系，推动食品行业的发展；
    （三） 开展行检行评，推动食品物流行业服务质量监督工作；
    （四） 调查搜集行业的先进技术、经济情报资料；组织新技术的开发、推广和应用；介绍企业管理和体制改革方面的新经验，促进企业素质的提高；
    （五） 努力做好行业统计调查工作，收集整理行业信息，分析行业动态；
    （六） 举办有关食品物流行业发展的研讨会、经验交流会，通过各种渠道积极介绍、推广生产、科研、技术进步和管理改革等方面的优秀成果和先进经验，为会员开展多种形式的服务；
    （七） 立足行业企业，举办职业教育及培训工作；
    （八） 指导、帮助行业企业改善经营管理，发展企业文化；
    （九） 维护会员合法权益、协调会员关系；
    （十） 完成中国食协、政府有关部门及其他相关组织交办的其他工作。

Introduction For Food Logistics Commission of China National Food Industry Association

Food Logistics Commission of China Food Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "FLC") is a non-profit community group, registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs, from the direct leadership of the China National Food Industry Association as a branch in Beijing, and formally founded on January 24, 2005.

FLC aims at Chinese food logistics services, promoting the cooperation, information communications and coordination among Chinese food enterprises, logistics enterprises as well as associated professional bodies, experts, and scholars.

The modernization of food logistics should develop efficiently. The national industry needs an organization to lead and protect it. FLC acts this role as a link between the government and the industry, strengthening the level of management, quality of personnel, economic and social benefits to form a healthy Chinese modern food logistics industry .

FLC can represent national food logistics industry to communicate with foreign organizations and enterprises. International affais focus on the work of international inspection, studying and exchanging ideas, professional training, as well as business visiting.
